Because they have their own dedicated design team, they can make their own quality luggage products and cut out the middlemen that drive prices up. This means great products, great service and outstanding customer support without the exorbitant price.
They came to Webtise to work with an agency that could refresh the look and feel of their site to make it more representative of their brand, while also upgrading to the latest version of Magento 1. We worked closely with them to understand how the user journey would work on both mobile and desktop devices, mapping this out in wireframes and mockups to ensure it really matched their vision for the site.
As well as upgrading the site, meaning it was quicker, more secure and more stable than the previous version, we also managed the go live process. This involved putting redirects in place, and configuring the site to SEO best practices, making sure that when the site was launched, there was no disruption to the business.
