Drench is a brand that specialises in finding its customers their dream bathroom. With over 30 years of showroom experience, Drench took the decision to embrace the benefits of online shopping. Stocking everything from showers to toilets and basins, taps, heating solutions and also offering buying guides and design inspiration, they needed a website that truly captured the expertise, passion and personality of the brand.
When Drench approached Webtise, there was an existing site in use but the decision was made to re-platform it to Magento, which would offer a much more stable, secure and fast platform for their data-rich website. The design team at Webtise created wireframes, mapping out the ideal user experience, showcasing everything the brand had to offer from the extensive range of products to its buying guides and design consultancy service, before transforming these into full designs.
A number of Magento integrations with third party tools were also built in as part of the new website, including MailChimp, Sagepay, Yotpo Reviews and a number of others. This ensured when the site launched it would offer a sublime user experience across mobile, tablet and desktop devices that would drive great user engagement and revenue.
